We are seeking an experiencedĀ Site ManagerĀ to oversee the Fit out works for a project inĀ Aberdeen, ensuring a smooth completion and successful handover.

š Hours:Ā Monday ā Friday, 7:30am ā 4:30pm
Requirements:
- ValidĀ SMSTSĀ certification
- ValidĀ First AidĀ qualification
- ValidĀ CSCSĀ Card
- Proven experience managing construction projects through to completion and handover
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme
- Maintain health & safety standards on site
- Ensure quality control and snagging works are carried out efficiently
- Liaise with the client and project team to achieve a smooth handover
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager to bring a project across the finish line.
